Yet another wonderful special from the McFarland Union at Kutztown University. Today, grilled chicken caesar salad. A generous serving of fresh romaine, grilled chicken (the equivalent of more than one breast), croutons, shredded parmasaen cheese, and the caesar dressing.

Grade: B+

Another special from the McFarland Student Union at Kutztown University. Today, penne pasta, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and bacon in a white sauce. Not bad! A sizeable portion provided great enjoyment.

Chicken Parmigiana sandwich with french fries and a 16 ounce fountain drink, only $4.50!

Review:
Apparently the mystery meat of the day. The shape of the meat patty was not recognizable as originating from a chicken. The sauce, probably canned. The fries, warmed from the warmer.
